Member agrees to indemnify and hold VitalizeU, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and the consultants and counselors accessed through VitalizeU.com, harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses for investigation and reasonable legal fees and costs arising out of or in any way related to Member’s use of VitalizeU.com or the products, information and services accessed at or through VitalizeU.com.

5. Confidentiality of Information and Privacy
Please refer to our privacy policy, which is available online and forms part of this agreement.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws or the Province of Ontario, Canada and the laws of Canada applicable therein and you agree to bring any disputes in connection with this Agreement to the courts in the province of Ontario, Canada.

By becoming a member, you agree to the terms and conditions contained here. VitalizeU will publish any amendments or modifications to this agreement on the website. Use of the website and services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of such amendments, modifications or new conditions. If you do not agree to such amendments, modifications or new conditions it is your responsibility to discontinue use of the website and services.
